The Presale Inspection

We are committed to helping you understand what things that will most likely be revealed in a home inspection.  This will help you make repairs in advance at much more reasonable costs.  Waiting to make repairs will potentially force you into finding a contractor to get the job done in a time crunch which usually results in a  much higher cost of repairs.  We have been involved with hundreds of inspections and know the common hot buttons for home inspectors. Stagging

Staging is an extremely important step towards maximizing your profits.  We understand that most homeowners set up their home  around their needs for functionality .  Utilizing her design talents, Renee does a tremendous job of transforming  a functional home into one that is appealing to the majority of home buyer's.  We understand that some Seller have special requirements and this service is completely optional to the homeowner but is highly recommended

Buyer's Home Inpection

One of the seller's most stressful period of selling a home can arise during the buyer's inspection.  We are committed to reduce or eliminate this stress.  The "pre home inspection" mentioned earlier dose an excellent job of mitigating the issues arising from inspections.  But for example we do not get on roofs, open electrical panels, get into attics etc. and there will be things arise. Our job is twofold first and foremost we strive to negotiate for the seller to do minimal or no repairs whatsoever.  Secondly it  is our job to get you bids for repairs at the most reasonable costs or second opinions to refute the finding of the inspector altogether.  Again let our experience of resolving hundreds of inspection issues work for you.
