The Beginning
The Beginning
Steve Odle began his career upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University. He began working in the residential real estate business in 1985 at a small local bank. He wore many hats including residential home appraising, marketing foreclosed homes and mortgage lending.

In 1990 he moved to a Mortgage Brokerage Firm as a loan officer. After a successful tenure at Southwest Mortgage, he started his own Mortgage Brokerage firm in 1995. During the early years, Steve saw the need for a real estate brokerage that had a strong emphasis in education including real estate finance. This was a result in seeing the multitude of mistakes being made by MANY real estate professionals with little training or education. Due to the business models of most Real Estate firms this remains unchanged today. This led to the formation of First Realty Group in 1999.

Renee began her career in real estate in over 25 years ago as a Residential Home Appraiser. She has a remarkable talent for home design. She has done home design and staging for several major Kansas City Home Builders and specializes in the Marketing and Staging all of our new home listings.
